Email notifications

i just wrote a friend and told her she could sign up to get email notifications for blog posts here.

thought id post the same info to the blog.

if you go right on this page and under the setting "followers" enter your email and you will receive an email when there is a new post.

when i set this blog up i entered some friends and family emails, but i could only enter 10 in the settings page.  so, thats why some of you already get the email notifications.  if you arent one of those people, feel free to put your email in the followers section and you will be notified.
